- Offer alternatives like a different size (if available), an exchange for another product, or store credit for the billed amount.
2. Shipping, Orders & Delivery

- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your details.
- Orders are processed and dispatched from Hyderabad or our authorized fulfillment centers.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
2.2 Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- PAN India Shipping: We ship across India, ensuring fast & secure delivery.
- International Shipping: Available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your location.
- Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is provided at checkout. While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to logistics issues or unforeseen circumstances.
2.3 Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Ensure you provide a complete and correct shipping address. HypeKicks is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect details.
- Our delivery partners attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order is returned to HypeKicks. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping.
3. Shipping Delays & Tracking
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can happen due to:
