At HypeKicks, we take pride in offering 100% authentic sneakers and luxury products. Due to the unique nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is made.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect product can be frustrating. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong size, model, or product)

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hypekickscare@gmail.com with:
📸 Clear images of the product and packaging
📦 Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Number)

1.1 Return Process for Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, you must return the item under the following conditions:
✔️ The product must be in brand-new condition, with tags attached.
✔️ All original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.
✔️ The product must be securely packed in a carton/cardboard box with bubble wrap to prevent damage during return shipping.
✔️ The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Size Issues

Since we deal in limited-edition and exclusive sneakers, we do not offer size exchanges or returns for wrong size selection. Please ensure you check the size chart and confirm your size before placing an order.

3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval.
